AUDIO-TECHNICA AWARDS DBL DISTRIBUTING FOR

STOW, OH, September 12, 2005 — Audio-Technica, U.S., Inc., a leading innovator in audio technology, honors DBL Distributing, Inc. for excellence in sales achievements.
